- All parcels are delivered via Australian Post. Most of the orders dispatched on the standard shipping service and will arrive within 2-3 working days. Estimated delivery times are between 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday to Friday. Please note deliveries are not made on weekends and public holidays.
- Loss or damage is very rare. When it does happen the order is replaced at our expense. All that we ask is that you keep the damaged item/s and packaging and either mark it “return to sender” or take them to your nearest post office. For further instructions contact us.
