EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
- PROOF OF PURCHASE IS STRICTLY REQUIRED FOR ALL EXCHANGES, REFUND AND RETURNS.
- If you have simply changed your mind after purchasing earrings, hair accessories, hair pieces for hygienic reasons we cannot offer you an exchange or refund.
- If you have simply changed your mind or believe an item is different that shown or described to you, return it unworn and unused in original condition within 14 days of purchase. MOUCHE may either issue a credit note or allow an exchange.
- If any product you purchase is FAULTY, you are entitled to choose a refund, credit note, repair or exchange. Product should be returned to the store within 14 days of purchase.
Please note: We may need to have the item assessed by manufacturer to determine whether or not you are entitled to an exchange, refund or repair.
ONLINE PURCHASE
- If you have requested a refund we will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.
- If you would like to exchange an item, please inform us of the style, size and colour that you would prefer. The item from the original order will first be returned and a new order containing the exchanged item will be processed. Any discounts received will be carried over in an exchange. We will notify you via email once your exchange has been processed.
- If you are returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrect item we will pay for the packaging and postage costs. Please contact us to organise this.
However, we are unable to offer free delivery for ‘change of mind’ returns or exchanges.
Returns or exchanges of Online Purchases may be made in person or by post.
In person
Present a printed or digital copy of your tax invoice at GM Suppliers within 14 days of order receipt.
The method of payment used to make your purchase must be presented.
Orders made via Paypal may be refunded to the credit or EFTPOS card of your choice: please note that the cardholder name must be identical on both the original invoice and a form of photo identification must be presented. If any of the above cannot be provided, a gift card will be issued.
